Required charges other than products

Shipping charges for orders less than 10,000 yen
(Hokkaido 1,500 yen, Akita/Aomori 1,100 yen, Sendai 950 yen, Tokyo/Nagano 850 yen, Osaka/Aichi 750 yen, Shikoku/Kyushu 850 yen, Okinawa 1,350 yen) and a cash on delivery fee (300 yen) will be charged separately.
Shipping and COD (cash on delivery) fees are waived for purchases of 5,000 yen or more.
However, an additional 700 yen will be charged for delivery to Hokkaido and 600 yen will be charged for delivery to Okinawa.
Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore: 4,000 yen
Australia, Canada, and the U.S.A.: 4,000 yen

If you have any requests regarding your order, please write them in the remarks column in the shopping cart.
Please specify the delivery date and time in the “Specify Delivery Date and Time” field in the shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, please check the contents of your order and click the “Proceed to Purchase” button.

If you use various electronic payment methods, billing information will be reflected in the account associated with each payment method when the order is confirmed.
The timing of billing information confirmation and debit differs depending on the credit card company and each electronic payment account, so please check the customer account for the electronic payment method you are using.




Delivery Timing

For scissors orders, it takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks for delivery since the product is manufactured after the order is completed.
(3-4 months for color coating).
When delivery is ready, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to inform you of the specified delivery date and time.




Return and Exchange Policy

Royal Master Scissors carefully inspects all products before shipping. However, in the unlikely event of an order error or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will take the following actions.

However, please note that we do not accept returns of custom-ordered, modified, or color-coated scissors unless they are defective.

If there is a problem with the product itself, such as breakage or damage
We will exchange or refund. (We will bear the shipping cost).

If you feel that there is a problem with the sharpness of the blade
We will inspect and recondition the product. If you are not satisfied with the sharpness of the blade, you may return it within 30 days from the date of the complaint. (Excluding custom-ordered, modified, or color-coated scissors. We will bear the shipping costs.)

If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reason
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that the scissors are unused and have not been custom-ordered, modified, or coated. Please follow the procedure after contacting us. However, a restocking fee of 3,000 yen will be charged. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as when delivered.
