Refund policy

Royal Master Scissors carefully inspects all items before shipping, but in the unlikely event of an order error or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will take the following actions.

However, please note that we do not accept returns of custom orders, modified scissors, or color-coated scissors unless they are defective.

If there is a problem with the product itself, such as breakage or damage
We will exchange or refund. (We will bear the shipping cost).

If you feel that there is a problem with the sharpness of the blade
We will inspect and recondition the product. If you are not satisfied with the sharpness of the blade, you may return it within 30 days from the date of the complaint. (Excluding custom-ordered, modified, or color-coated scissors. We will bear the shipping costs.)

If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reason
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided that the scissors are unused and have not been custom-ordered, modified, or coated. Please follow the procedure after contacting us. However, a restocking fee of 3,000 yen will be charged. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as when delivered.
