About warranty

If the product is malfunctioned or damaged, such as a deformed handle or broken blade, during the warranty period under normal use according to the precautions in the instruction manual, we will repair it free of charge.

However, blade polishing and accessories/consumables are not covered.

Not covered by warranty

Even within the warranty period, you will be charged for all costs such as blade polishing, consumables (finger hole rings, etc.), and modification costs.

Post-purchase support

At Royal Master Scissors, we carefully inspect our products before shipping, but if there is a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will respond as follows.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns for custom orders or modified scissors for reasons other than initial defects.

We will exchange or refund. (Shipping fee paid by us)

[If you feel there is a problem with the sharpness]

We will inspect and readjust. After that, if you are not satisfied with the sharpness, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of complaint. (Shipping fee paid by us)

[If you wish to return or exchange due to customer circumstances]

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving the product. However this is limited to unused items. Please note that we cannot accept name engravings, color coatings, or modified scissors. Please contact us and proceed with the procedure. However, a return fee of 3,000 yen will be charged. You are responsible for shipping charges and please return the accessories in the same condition as when delivered.
